Holy cow. I think it’s going to be a fast fall. First threshold training since March 2019. My fastest threshold for LA Marathon was 7:12 pace on my 1x40. Apparently ultra training (hills and long distances) makes you stronger and faster. Can’t believe how much I’ve improved since I started this running thing 15 Months ago. When I started threshold 8 months ago I could barely run under 8:30 pace. Thanks coach Mark Minichiello for the training plan. You’re a miracle worker!!!! I definitely haven’t run a 6 minute anything mile since college. Shannon McHenry
